Exec Chairman
Tshepo is an astute manager, business consultant, mentor, coach and an entrepreneur. He is a qualified Human Resources Manager, and Programme & Project Manager, and left with 2 modules to complete Masters of Commerce in Programme & Project Management. He has practical experience in: Public Relations, Media Relations and Corporate communications in the public sector and managing programme office for strategic transformation of the institution. He worked as Chief Operations Officer of a medium –sized NGO in Soweto for 3 years reporting directly to the Board, He also was the Kwazulu – Natal Provincial Operations Manager then National Operations Manager of a large national NPO in OVC programmes. There I managed 112 community projects with a database of over 30 000 beneficiaries, which were directly managed by 14 community project managers, with 114 centre managers under them. The programmes for both organisations focusing on socio-economic impact he beneficiaries.
As an independent management consultant, he developed CSR strategies, provided organisational capacity to non-profit organisations across South Africa, where scope of my projects included organisational change management and organisational development towards sustainability and good corporate governance; strategic planning and operational management, proposal development and fundraising; programme development, implementation, and evaluation; report writing abilities; leadership of project teams by cultivating leadership and initiative-taking among staff and community groups; stakeholders and community liaison. He is also the founder and director of a start up company in the investment and financial services
