Alude is an admitted Attorney of the High Court of South Africa with experience in legal, risk, compliance and corporate governance matters. He was worked as legal and regulatory counsel across sectors including freight rail, gaming, law, and fintech. His expertise encompasses general corporate and commercial law, litigation, intellectual property law, administrative law, and corporate governance.
